Spending a lot of time with other penguins (or people) is pretty exhausting anyway, even if they’re not talking a bunch of nonsense. But spending a lot of time alone isn’t necessarily relaxing either…

This has nothing to do with the comic, but here’s an Alpacoffee, in case you need it:

The alien comes from a world where everyone is very honest and fair to each other because, from an alien’s perspective, anything else just wouldn’t make sense. That’s why it’s not very good at spotting tricks and scams.

If the alien had an email inbox, it would read every single spam email carefully and always reply very politely. At least at first. Over time, aliens probably learn too.

I have to admit, I copied three of the characters in the audience using a graphics program and pasted them a second time. Drawing each stick figure individually would have just been way too much work.

But I like drawing cats:

Sometimes people ask me a question I could easily answer if I just took a moment to think. But often I don’t WANT to think. So usually I just say, “That’s a good question…” instead of answering. It always fits and *sounds* really thoughtful, but it doesn’t require any effort from my lazy brain.

Right after this comic, a fierce cuddle war broke out between the two animals, which only ended after 4 hours because the cat and the panda fell asleep on top of each other, completely exhausted.

The penguin is standing on a gray square to be able to talk to the panda at eye level.

The square is a monolith from space that contains solutions to all our problems. But no one can access it because the penguin is sitting on it.

Biologists claim that there are no bumblebees in winter. But that’s not true. Many bumblebees just hide under cozy blankets during the cold season.

A lot of people don’t think much of artificial intelligence, but we desperately need SOME form of intelligence, so I’m hoping development moves forward quickly. (In case it all ends in disaster, I’ll deny that I ever wrote this comment here.)

Personally, I think the brain isn’t entirely wrong. On the other hand, it’s kind of its own fault if it’s sitting outside the head on the floor. Neurologists can probably judge this better, but I think that could also lead to mental issues.
